HP ProCurve and 3Com merger to HP Networking

In future times the customers of Atlantik Systeme will benefit from the network solutions and the know how out of the fusion of the global computer market leader Hewlett Packard and the US network supplier 3Com. The product lines and the labels HP Pro Curve, 3Com Office Connect as well as 3Com Baseline will be merged into the new line HP Networking and will persuade from now on with its variegated network connectivity solutions.
"We consciously decided to take HP Networking into our product portfolio," explained Ottmar Flach, general manager of Atlantik Systeme GmbH. " With this advanced network portfolio of the next generation, which is based on a modern architecture with its' open standards, we can offer more flexible and solid network solutions to our customers."
Even now the customers of Atlantik Systeme GmbH do not only find the previous 3Com Part numbers in the part description, but also the prospective HP part numbers. The present part numbers will temporary be kept.
After finishing the consolidation, the Atlantik Systeme GmbH will consolidate both product lines to HP Networking.
With the technique and the know-how of HP Networking a network facility of the next generation will be initialized, which ranges from the edge into the innermost part of the data processing centre.
